• The Serenade privilege that subscribers will receive depends on the length of time the mobile number has been in service, and the conditions of each promotional package.
• Subscribers will receive an SMS confirming their Serenade privilege within 3 working days after the date of package activation.
• Serenade privileges are valid for 1 year.
• If a subscriber cancels/changes his/her package and applies for another package which does not offer the Serenade privilege, the subscriber’s Serenade privilege will be terminated within 7 working days and termination will be notified via SMS.
• A subscriber's Serenade privilege will be terminated and cannot be transferred to another number,
  if one of these actions is undertaken:
  • Cancellation/change of the package
  • Transfer of phone number ownership
  • Cancellation of the service

• Only legally registered subscribers can claim this privilege.
• Subscribers will receive an SMS confirming their BIZ UP membership within 3 working days after the date of package activation.
• Serenade privileges are valid for 1 year.
• BIZ UP membership will be terminated and cannot be transferred to another number, if one of these actions is executed:
  • Cancellation/change of the package
  • Transfer of phone number ownership
  • Cancellation of the service

Digital Name Card Instructions

The digital name card is accessible through both the YourQR application and website with the following features:

• Available on both iOS and Android.
• Information on your digital name card can be created and edited, and converted into a QR code.
• Your organization theme can be customized for the name card.
• Information is linked between the application and website.
• The name card exchange histories of your organization’s personnel are available.
• If your name card features a photo taken using the YourQR application, it will be automatically converted into texts so that you can immediately store it as data.
• The website is accessible by your organization’s administrator for managing the information on the name cards, either to add, delete or edit information, and to access other reports that are beneficial to your business. It also supports screen reading programmes.

Digital Name Card service terms and conditions

• After the package subscription is completed, you will receive an SMS (sender’s name: YourQR) within 3 working days informing you of the steps for creating digital name cards.
• After the 3-month validity ends, you will still be able to use the features on the application but not on the website.
• The privilege will end immediately once the package is cancelled, changed, or the number is transferred to a new owner.
